DAILY INHALABLES is a Cape Town-made 100% natural fragrance range by FRAQUENCY, inspired by the beauty and balance of the South African landscape.

We create scent experiences designed to restore, ground, and uplift, helping people reconnect with their own rythm of calm and wellbeing. Each fragrance is carefully blended to support emotional balance and daily renewal. Our mission is to enhance everyday life through simple, mindful rituals: a breath, a pause, a sensory reminder to slow down and feel good. 

Nadine De Flamingh is a former actress from Germany who fell in love with South Africa and her now husband Francois and decided to make Cape Town her home. She Is our visionary, formulation tester, the glue that keeps us all together, and our ultimate brand ambassador.

Francois De Flamingh is an entrepreneur and designer in the international film industry for the past 21 years and by no fault of his own ended up specialising in creating space suits for films, series and commercials. He is affectionately referred to as the Coinkeeper as he has his finger on the pulse of finances, operations and some creative aspects like our packaging and label designs.         

Award-winning formulator Tammy Frazer is the creator of our magic juice. She is also the one who conceptualised our range of natural fragrance products and a pioneer in the field of Inhalables. She inherited the talent and feel for creating amazing formulations from her grandfather, the inventor of Oil of Olay. Her vibrant, ever-positive personality gives the fragrances of DAILY INHALABLES their extraordinary effect.

We got together as friends and were all at a stage in our lives and careers where we felt it was time to create something good for humanity. Tammy's extraordinary natural formulations have such a profound effect on people's mood and wellbeing that we just had to share it with the world. We founded FRAQUENCY in february 2025 as platform to create grounding sensory experiences that enhance balance and human connection.
